Who we are

Here Now Adventures is operated by Gliu Ltd. We're a small team curating adventures worldwide through trusted local partners/suppliers.

Acceptance of these Terms

Your use of the Website and Service is at your own risk. By browsing, enquiring, booking, or interacting, you accept these Terms fully. We may update them—changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after updates means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.

Use of the Website

The Website and all content (text, images, descriptions, etc.) are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view/download pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content.
  • Use the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Link to or frame the site without prior approval (email hello@herenowadventures.com or similar).
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the site.
  • Transmit viruses, spam, unlawful/defamatory content, or anything harmful.

  • Use the site in any way that breaches laws or these Terms.

    • We reserve the right to suspend or block access if we suspect misuse.

    Bookings and Services

    We act as a curator/agent connecting you to adventures run by third-party suppliers. When you book:

  • Your contract is directly with the supplier (we'll tell you who before finalising).
  • We facilitate the booking, but we're not responsible for the supplier's performance, safety, or any issues during the trip.
  • Deposits/payments are handled securely (e.g., via Stripe or similar); we don't store card details.
  • All bookings are subject to the supplier's own terms (provided at booking time) plus these Terms.
  • Changes/cancellations follow the supplier's policy—we'll help where we can, but ultimate responsibility lies with them.

    • Intellectual Property

    All trademarks, logos, and content on the site belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted beyond personal viewing.

    Cookies

    We use cookies to improve your experience. By using the site, you consent to our Cookies Policy.

    Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    The Website and Service are provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, up-to-date, or suitable for your needs. We disclaim all implied warranties (e.g., fitness for purpose, non-infringement) to the extent permitted by law.

    To the fullest extent allowed:

  • We're not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from site use, bookings, or supplier services.
  • Our total liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant booking.

    • We have no control over suppliers—your trip risks are between you and them.

    Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify us against any losses, claims, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

    Miscellaneous

    If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a rule doesn't waive it. These Terms are the full agreement—no oral side deals.
