Supplier Privacy Notice

This explains how Here Now Adventures Ltd uses information about suppliers and the people who work for them. If your bank account is in your own name, or you are a sole trader, your bank details are personal data about you.

What we collect. Your business and contact details, details of your insurance, information about your adventures, and the bank details you give us so we can pay you: the name on the account, the bank and its country, your IBAN or account number, SWIFT/BIC and any local bank code, your payout currency, and the account holder's address.

Why we use it. To pay you, to check payments reach the right account, to prevent fraud, and to keep accounting and tax records. Our legal bases are our contract with you, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in making sure payments reach the right person.

Who sees it. Only authorised Here Now Adventures staff can view your bank details. We share them with Wise so it can make payments to you and check that they match, and with our accountants and advisers, or with authorities, where needed. Payments abroad pass through Wise to your bank. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it. While you are a supplier, and afterwards for as long as we need it for tax and accounting, up to 7 years.
